Mom called today, she was making the traditional G-house holiday Eggplant Parmesan! Wonderful---NOT--- since I'm not going to be there to gorge myself! My fave to be devoured by everyone except me. WAAAHHHAAAA.

I feel your pain; my mom makes this pork dish that my mom makes and no matter how I try, I can't seem to duplicate it! Aarrggh!
She's going to make it for Christmas this year...
I won't be getting any either, if that makes you feel any better...
